Improve the passwd.nntp parser, and use it in getlist #214

getlist embeds its own parser for passwd.nntp, and also sends and processes itself AUTHINFO commands. It could use the NNTPsendpassword() function in lib/sendpass.c like all the other programs.

This function may be improved at the same time, using the good ideas from getlist.
