innd and tdx-util hang with hash chain loops of length greater than one #216

tdx-util can't fix hash chain loops of length greater than one, and they cause both tdx-util -F and innd to hang. Reported as a bug in the inn2 Debian package.

Error is: tdx-util: tradindexed: entry 54313 is reachable from multiple paths
