When using the ovsqlite method, renumbering the active file does not have the expected behaviour for empty newsgroups. The low water mark is reset to 1.
It is not supposed to decrease, per RFC 3977.
Apart from that, no other problem detected. These low water marks regain their expected values during the next overview expiration, provided that the newsgroup is no longer empty.
