inn 2.7.1 dists #266

It doesn't look like 2.7.1 made it to https://downloads.isc.org/isc/inn/

This was my fault; I've been very slow to finish the release process because of a bunch of other unrelated distractions. It is set up for mirroring now, and as soon as it's been mirrored, I'll make the official announcement.
