Broken generation of rnews batches with pullnews #285

pullnews -r generates batches that cannot be processed by rnews.

Bug reported by Eli in news.admin.peering in May 2023. Investigation shows that the batches are wrongly generated with CRLF line terminations (rnews expects articles in native format with LF line terminations).
