User Story: Redeem Regimen, Phase Progression

Allow users to redeem regimen by code.
Will only transition to the next phase if users confirm.
The confirmation dialogue will be shown one the day before the regimen ends.
The confirmation dialogue will be there blocking all the features. It will only go away if users confirm or stay.
