Reminders in regimen main screen is wrong #23

When the phase contains a morning and an evening reminder, but not the afternoon reminder, the screen uses the morning and the afternoon reminder. Something wrong with fetching of reminder configs.

I've got the medication notification alert based on this wrong schedule.

For instance, Today's medication: Morning (08:00) / Evening (18:00) What screen shows: Morning (08:00) / Afternoon (12:00) Received notification: Morning (08:00) / Afternoon (12:00)

The notification should be delivered on Morning and Evening.

This got fix in the latest version. However you will need to delete your old regimen and start a new one to see changes.
