Phase transition dialogue should handle regimen completion #28

Currently once a regimen is completed, the dialogue still pops up at certain time to ask for user permission. This is likely because the selected phase is set as "isTrying", and this is the flag a regimen uses to determine if it should trigger a pop-up dialogue.
