The sensing agent should join the desired workspace and register itself with the OrgManager.

[x] Add functionality for Sensing Agent to find its wanted Workspace
[x] Join said workspace
[x] Create TD of the Sensing Agent , affordance for data should link to DB
[x] Should find the endpoint for the DB
[x] Periodically send new data to DB
