Create the router and include it in the app's middleware
Create a get request endpoint for a species
Create a get request endpoint for a tree
Test the API using supertest and jest
Make sure the endpoints successfully access the database
Set up the test database
Provide the API description in the README
Add the commonName field and replace the name field with scientificName

There needs to be an additional migration to add the commonName field to the database and change the name field to scientificName. The scientificName will still be the unique identifier, it'll just have a more descriptive name.
