Add Map and Base for DNA Display w/Dummy Server #60

What

For each species, a geographic map correctly displays in the node info display view
For each non-leaf node, we can get the data from all connected leaf-nodes for dna comparison
Non-leaf node display can display the DNA sequences
Dummy server has all relevant data for Primates

Known Bugs

If the initial file is a .txt and not a .json, the node info display view won't pop out
The node info display view peeks over from the right when it should be hidden

Fixed Bugs

Removed all instances of tooltips
