Multiple targets required for preloading creatives

Scenario: Preloading multiple ads

• Player loads Creative 1
• Player loads Creative 2
• Player calls setMessageTarget for Creative 1 iframe
• Creative 1 calls ready()
• Player resolves ready message, target is Creative 1 iframe
• Creative 2 calls ready()
• Player resolves ready message, target is still Creative 1 iframe

ERROR: Creative 1 receives ready resolution intended for Creative 2

I'm not convinced it's worthwhile putting a lot of effort into having the example show how to support multiple creatives. It may be a niche use case.

It might take a little extra engineering for multiple creatives like:

• listening for events by domain
• isolating each player in its own iframe
• waiting for creative 1 to init a session before loading up creative 2

All of these seem out of scope for an illustrative example though IMO.

I am closing this, but if anyone feels the sample should handle this use case we can reopen.
