Only a few actually changed so I manually checked each one to make sure they seemed correct and change the ones that were out of date.
As a result of PR 320 a bunch of images were put into the root directory. Unfortunately the updates didn't work as all images are read out of the images directory and not the main directory.

This means some of the 1.0.1 images we thought we had updated weren't.
