New Sivic Error Code #8

The current spec has SIVIC giving a 901 error upon failure. This is the same as VPAID. I suggest we use a different error code (902?) as this would cause confusion with VPAID errors. This would require an update in the VAST spec.

Code 902 sounds like a good plan, I don't think anything > 901 is currently in use @amitshetty ?

Sounds good. I assume this is a "General SIVIC error"?

We could make it an "InteractiveCreativeFile error" to make it more general?

Given that these error codes operate at the VAST level that might indeed make most sense?

This is covered by error code 409 in vast 4.2.
