Correct Hierarchy for Communication (80DV8O) #34

Hi,

I noticed that taxonomy shows the category Communication (80DV8O) as having no parent. However, this earlier draft seems to suggest that Communication was being added with the parent "Software and Applications". What is the correct parent/hierarchy for this category?

If Communication is intended to be a tier 1 category could you provide any guidance to what it should entail?
