Please display CMP info from the public CMP list in the decoder UI #9

It would be nice to see the string decoder UI use the cmpId field in the tcdata to look up the Vendor name from the public v2 CMP list, https://cmplist.consensu.org/v2/cmp-list.json.

Suggested display options:

Happy Paths Cmp Id: 23 (Conversant Europe, LTD, isCommercial=true)

Cmp Id: 198 (Microsoft Corporation, isCommercial=false)

Cmp Id: 999 (Fictitious Deactivated CMP Vendor, isCommercial=true, deletedDate=date)

Unknown CMP Ids:

Cmp Id: 1 (Unknown)

(Unknown) should be styled with red.
