Re-arrange buttons on iFL filters tab

Precondition

• .../eclipse.exe has launched.
• iFL plugin has been installed.

Steps

1. Select a project.
2. Click iFL button.
3. Click Show filters button.

Expected results

• The layout of the Filter tab looks good.

Received results

• Buttos should be re-arranged, there are too much space between them.
• I think "Reset all" button should be at the right side, and the other on the left side: reset all is the opposite operation of adding a rule.

Environment:

• Package: https://github.com/sed-szeged/iFL4Eclipse/releases/tag/V2.duallist-sorting
• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit
• Eclipse version: 2019-09 R (4.13.0)

The rearrange of button has been implemented: "Reset all" button is still a little bit "outside", but this can be logical.
