Header of Non-java projects are selected window should be more informative

Precondition

• GremlinServer is running.
• .../eclipse.exe has launched.
• Key files are in the .../eclipse/ directory.
• iFL plugin has been installed.

Steps

1. Select a non-Java project.
2. Click iFL button.

Expected results

• In the header, "Error during iFL initalization" message (or something like this) will be displayed.

Received results

• There is no error message in header when I get Non-Java project are selected.
