[2] Confirm statuses and add new date fields, update tables #89

We need a "Review received" status and a date on which the review was received (presumably there will be a date assigned to a status change, but can we see/sort by this date?). (We need this to be able to sort the reviews from the Reviews main page...so that we know which ones to assign to editors.
