Please note - I'm leaving the ellipse formatting as forwarded in their editorial feedback. It's killing my editorial proofreading brain but I've tried to clean it up and it keeps coming back so I'm letting it go....

They're using a 4 period ellipse (which is an ellipse + period to indicate the end of a sentence) at the beginning of a sentence.
