column 1: ...X should be the highest priority of our prison system...

ellipse at the end of that first sentence. (3 periods)

column 2: ...and X%

ellipse at the beginning of that second phrase (3 periods, no space between ellipse and start of sentence)

also there should be a period at end of 2nd column phrase. "X is not valued enough."

ellipses still wonky.

end of first column needs to end in a 3 dot ellipse. second column needs to begin with a 3 dot ellipse.

I'm re-closing this. I've tried to fix it a few times & Sean keeps coming back with funky punctuation so I'm telling my proofreading brain to walk away....
