Sean requested the addition of a "do you need more time" interstitial before bumping back to start screen.

Related to #83. We should likely do what we did with PMA Rice Room here.

Let's just use the same modal styling for "back to home", but use this text:

Title: "Are you still there?" Body: "Need a little more time? If you'd like to keep going, tap anywhere on-screen!"

Tap anywhere on the modal/screen to fade it back out and go to where you were.
