[0.5] Blog landing page: Author name displaying next to post synopsis

On the blog landing page, when logged in, the author name appears next to the date for each blog post synopsis. However, Karie would like a space added between the date and the author name.

AND the author name does not appear here when not logged in at all. Karie would like the author name to display when not logged in.
