[2] Blog: Month archive sidebar nav issues #214

When I'm on the blog landing page...

http://lb88-ttgt.accessdomain.com/drupal/blog

and I click on a month archive link...

http://lb88-ttgt.accessdomain.com/drupal/blog/archive/201605

...the left side bar nav changes and although there are navigational headers (Posts by Category, Popular Posts, etc), they are not populated with any links/content. The side bar nav also repeats as you scroll down the page, every time a new blog post synopsis starts.

The side bar nav on these pages should remain the same as the blog landing page.
