[6-12] Replace Timeline arrows with a slider #236

Karie would like the back and forward arrows under the Timeline replaced with a slider.

Great! It's a little glitchy, like the timeline itself moves slower than the slider. So if I move the slider kind of quickly, the timeline moves slowly and then will all of the sudden jump forward to catch up. I'm going to mark this closed for now, but if it's possible to smooth that out a little bit more, that would be good.
