Timeline entries are broken #242

When I click on a timeline entry, the pop up sometimes doesn't fully display (see screenshot) or the pop up is there but it's empty - no text or images display.

Karie said that this was happening in all browser and OS combinations, however, Amber is seeing the pop up displaying appropriately in Safari/OSX.
