[X] ML - Rework Social Sharing icons

We want to have the social sharing icons share the text in the appropriate language and with custom messages based on the page you're on. Here is what we should do (@amberreeves, can you confirm that this is all accurate):

• [ ] Ensure each of the social sharing options is in the appropriate page language
• [ ] Share the page title of the page you're on (e.g. Timeline | History of Vaccines)
• [ ] If we share a message, have it include the link to your current page

e.g. "Timeline | History of Vaccines [url]"

I have the title(in the respective language) and the url for the social sharing stuff.

Both Karie and I aren't totally clear on the questions. Can we get an example of what a message would be? Or more specifically, and example of what an entire social share post would include and which parts would be in the target language?

Karie asks - I’m not sure exactly what you’re defining as a message. And does message = custom message? This is what I get when I share from the ML site to facebook (it’s private). And the link is to the specific page but the url that displays is the main url. So is this basically what you’re saying will appear, but the title of the resource will be correct and the text will be in the target lg?

page title (specific page title field | site title) in target language title | history of vaccines

URL historyofvaccines.org in text link will be to the specific page shared

thumbnail image facebook will automatically grab an image from the specific page

Looks like there will be some page where fb doesn't grab the thumbnail.
