[x] ML - Articles dropdown menu styling issues (-xs, -sm)

• [x] The main dropdown item is a pixel or two too wide
• [ ] The fully expanded menu goes too far left/right

The first bar is no constrained with the padding.

The second one expands the full width now

I'm seeing some issues with this still:

• [x] individual articles touching edge of screen
• [ ] no top border between the "show all articles" accordion and the rest
• [ ] extra green padding at the bottom

I wanted to double check on the last two items, this is how we have it on HOV.org. Is this something we want to alter on both sites now?
