[0.5-2] ML - Add link to ML sites from English site #328

Karie would like our input on where the best place is to add a link to the English site.

Just a reminder for Karie that we have the HOV logo in the footer with the link to the English site.

But, if she wants more than that, can we put it in the language picker? That seems like a natural place for it to live.

I read that wrong! She meant the other way around. She'd like links to the ml sites on the english site. Does it make sense to put it in the footer, or somewhere else?

@jmaj and I were literally just talking about this... probably easier to talk about this in-person instead of over Git.

we are going to talk through this more with karie - we need to think about how to handle these links along with the espanol link

I will send the two options to Karie.

2 hours Add language picker to English site Spanish and all ML links go to home pages

OR

.5 hours Add ML links to footer

Karie would like us to put the language picker in the main nav and include spanish, ur, ar, and hi.
