[x] D8 - Safari Timeline slider issues #342

From Karie In Safari, when I drag the timeline slider all the way to the right, the timeline lands on 1875. I have to use the arrow button to continue advancing all the way to the end of the timeline.

This seems to be happening intermittently and with different timelines. At some point the main timeline starting functioning properly, but then the Smallpox timeline didn’t.
