[x] Closing instructions screen during "pause" triggers game play #500

If you pause the game, open the instructions, then close the instructions, the game immediately starts playing. If you then hit the play/pause btn, the game super speeds up.

Not resolved, cross browser issue on mac and pc

I believe I got this, I checked different cases, if you find another one can you just reassign it to me and type out the steps you did to get to that case @tespenshade .
