[x] Design: Conclusion cards cut off

The conclusion cards when player wins game should have the same cut off as the intro cards. There is currently a large cut off at the bottom leaving a blank space.

still seeing some issues with the conclusion cards. they don't seem to be sized like the encounter cards and there is still a big gap/white space between where the text/scrollable area ends and the bottom of the card/pink fish icon begins.

Worked thorugh this with other changes.
