[x] Make droppable area more generous #554

when i am dragging cards into the theme buttons, they only drop in the correct bucket when i drop exactly on the theme button.

reverted this back to the more generous setting, so that all you have to do is touch a droppable area.

technical note: I changed tolerance: 'pointer' to tolerance: 'touch'
