[x] ipad: refine drag on puzzle cards

when i tap and drag a puzzle card down to the theme buckets, the card does not stay with my finger. there is a delay so that when my finger is at the theme bucket, the card is still an inch or two above, making it difficult to direct the card where i want it to go.

The performance with the drag and drop was not great, so I just switched it to the mobile game
