[x] Remove 'Additional Content' header everywhere #591

the Additional Content header should not be used anywhere. i'm currently seeing it on mobile.

The only place this is used is the tab for mobile. Otherwise, not present.

the client specifically wanted to remove the word 'Additional' - they said it sounds like it is not as important as the other content, although it is. can we just remove that word then from the mobile tab?
