[x] iphone/ipad: tapping in annotation box does not bring up keyboard

when i place a pin and tap in the annotation box, my keyboard does not appear, so i can't type my annotation.

You can now tap the box to type an annotation but you need to hit the marker to close the popup(required)

The css position is off but there's another issue for that in #611
