[x] mobile/iphone: annotation markers not always rendering correctly #600

sometimes the annotation markers look great, sometimes they all appear the same (they're all the green circle one, for example). of course now that i'm entering this i can't recreate the issue to give you a screenshot. but let's try and test it again anyway.

@jmaj: let's talk about this, I'm noticing this an some other weird rendering issues. Not sure what's causing them.

Figured it out. This solves another issue too (fish appearing in the progress bar weird).
