[x] tablet/ipad: quiz card answer buttons are buggy #604

when i tap the correct answer on a quiz card, it turns black rather than green. if i keep tapping other answer buttons, the correct answer button eventually turns green.

This appears to be fixed now with the recent quiz logic changes.
