[x] Mobile/Tablet: NK360 logo does not close on tap #639

When I'm on the annotation page, and I open the NK360 menu in upper left hand corner, I should be able to tap anywhere on screen to close the menu. The only way to close the menu is to either select one of the tabs on the page (Content, Annotation View) or to select one of the nav links.

Model: iPhone 7+/ iOS 11.0.1, iPad Pro 12/ iOS 9.3.5

Browser: mobile Safari, mobile Chrome, mobile Firefox

This happens in all five interactive, which makes me think that's how it's supposed to be. Is that right, @mtedeschi ?
