ok tool tip is working. didn't we used to have the little definition icon that NMAI provided next to the theme words a well? i don't remember if those were removed for a reason or if they're missing and need to be replaced.

Yes, but I see that it's commented out in the code. I'm not sure why. @mtedeschi did you comment it out when you were doing the CSS for a particular reason? I'm not sure if I commented it out.

we don't know. remove the comment so the icons display.
