[x] Quiz card answer buttons - only 1 should be selected

When the answers are revealed on a quiz card, and you get the answer wrong (red button) you can then select a green button before closing the card and the player does not lose any fish. The same is true of the opposite too. The answers buttons need to be deactivated so that the user cannot toggle through the three and change the answer that is displaying at the bottom of the card.
