[x] Print button and title overlapping

“Print” button located in the upper right hand corner is cut off by the title section of the annotation tool

From Mike: To make the title and buttons fit, we'll need to reduce elements down or remove them. We'd like to suggest that we remove the print icon in favor of fitting the title and buttons better in the space.

From NMAI: Could you consider either stacking the icons vertically or hiding in a hamburger menu?

To Laurie: We can't do a design change for launch, but recommend removing the print icon for mobile and then we could vertical stack info and home icons.

Printing is the end result, so we don't want to remove it. Can you nudge the title down a little so it doesn't overlap the icons?

Its not an ideal solution, but here's what I suggest:

• Move the title down enough so that it's just below the print button.
• Reduce the font size of the H1 tag so two lines can fit above the tabs.
• Remove the decorative element from Northern Plains.
