[x] Mobile: Instructions no longer accurate

when we changed the drag and drop experience for mobile, we didn't change the instructions overlay to reflect that. can we create an instruction screen that displays on mobile only that better describes the mobile experience where the user is ordering the timeline entries (as opposed to dragging and dropping them into the circles)?

we can. we will need two things: 1) images and 2) words. Who should create those things? I can program and help wherever.
