[1] Annotation box behind pin overlay

When a pin is added to text, the text box to type in is behind the grey pin pallet at the bottom of the screen. The resource text behind is scrollable, but the text box doesn't scroll up to allow access to type into the box. For images, the box displays above the grey pin pallet, and can be typed in to, but when annotating text on the same image resource, the text box is still stuck behind the grey pin pallet.

We made the scrollable area larger, and made the marker overlay more condensed. We also added a hide/show feature so you can close the overlay when you're doing other work, like placing a marker.
