[0.5] Background turns yellow when a pin is dragged over the image #698

This is from Pacific NW Resource Annotator: PNW Backlash

On the Indian Voice Cartoon source, a yellow highlight comes up in background of image screen.

The grey blocks to the right and left of the cartoon image turn yellow when a pin is dragged over the image.

@mtedeschi this is all the info i have. let me know if i need to ask for more details.

I know the issue. Will remove the yellow highlight.

I've removed the yellow highlighting everywhere.

171220 NMAI:The words no longer highlight in yellow when the pins are being dragged over the text. Please bring this back since it is very helpful in knowing where to drop the pin.

Add back in the yellow highlighting for text only
