[x] PNW title design not displaying #699

The 3 themes listed at top of the Plains puzzle page (Homelands Kinship Nationhood) are white and hard to read on the light background. Is it possible to darken the text color? The white is legible on the PNW puzzle.

@cahdeemer i have a feeling they're not seeing the blue background element behind the title text. similar to an annotator issue #694. @mtedeschi is there one fix for both of these maybe?

Is the instruction here to darken the text or to do something with the blue background element?

If they are not seeing the blue background element, I will need to know on which device(s)/browsers on which that bug is occurring.

asked the client for more info. @mtedeschi is it possible the blue splash design element isn't displaying behind the titles in any of the Plains theme interactives?

That's possible. Let me see if perhaps a path issue is occurring.

ok so the blue is there. any thoughts/suggestions to improve legibility for that title text? or is this a non issue?
