For the theme title, if there are three themes, can we add a comma? So it looks like

Identity, Culture, & Community

Notice the comma after Culture and before the ampersand for the third theme.

171220 NMAI: This issue wasn't resolved. Originally the last two items in a series were divided by an ampersand. There was a request to replace the ampersand with a comma and the word "and" (Theme 1, Theme 2, and Theme 3). The revision replaced the ampersand with the word "and" only and left out the comma. So this round, we asked if the comma was an option, recognizing the challenge since the titles are created dynamically. However, a revision was made, but now, any time the word "and" appears, even if it is between just two words and not in a series, there is a comma (Theme 1, and Theme 2). This creates another problem.

Education can live without the comma. Please go back to the last version with the "and" without the comma (example: Theme 1, Theme 2 and Theme 3).
