[x] Image zoom and themes overlapping #711

171220 NMAI: PNW puzzle: When the user is playing the activity, and selects a card with an image on it, if you click on the magnify icon to zoom into the image first, and then try to select one of the themes, a black pop-up text bubble appears instead.

you have to include the period at the end of the URL, which is not linking in the github comment. weird!

i can't recreate this issue because i don't have access to a version where the cards have images. i'm looking at this one, a version where none of the cards have images.

Oh, I created a local version of the cards that have an image in an effort to try to recreate.
