[Bug]: Navigation_Sim Errors: Rtabmap_ros doesn't work #42

What happened?

Hello, for the past couple of days I have been trying to run the nav_sim. launch file and it keeps giving me problems in displaying the robot on Rviz. Specifically, it no longer performs the mapping, does not display the robot, does not display the lidar data

After running the command on terminal, I get various errors:

I saw that the rtabmap_ros package has been updated and that the arrangements of the various nodes within various subpackets have been changed. For other projects I actually ran the commands:

sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade

to update all the packages, so probably my rtabmap_ros has also been updated (and I can't return to older version) and therefore the launch files may no longer be able to run the various rtabmap nodes.

I don't know if I must manually modify the launch file or you are working on a new launch file. In the first case, could you help me to understand what changes I have to perform?

Yes, looks like we missed a breaking rtabmap_ros update. We will update our navigation packages accordingly in the coming days. In the meantime, you can either update the launch files in your workspace based on their migration guide, or downgrade your version of rtabmap_ros (and possibly rtabmap if needed) to version 0.20.23 before the breaking changes.

This issue will remain open until the updates are made. If you get it working, we would be happy to accept a PR.
