[perception_modules] Update pointcloud tuner GUI #26

The pointcloud tuner GUI is now defined by a Qt ui file. Parameters are explained in the GUI. QLineEdits have been swapped with QSpinBoxes. Remove video embed and correct minor spelling issues. Update images.
